👋 Hello there, I’m Harshi!

I am a 2nd year M.S. Computational Biology and Quantitative Genetics student at Harvard. I completed my B.S. at the University of California San Diego, majoring in Bioinformatics and minoring in Data Science.

My interests lie at the intersection of data science, healthcare, and biology. I am particularly passionate about developing algorithms and pipelines that use machine learning and bioinformatics to support target discovery, drug development, and the understanding of disease mechanisms.

After the completion of my M.S. program, I hope to pursue a career in industry.
